I cant say enough good. I had tooth pain, they were able to take me asap. I was nervous not being to a dentist in 20 years! Office staff and dentist was so great. I truly am grateful. Highly recommended.

February I got all my teeth pulled to start my denture journey i cried i laughed i stayed in bed but i pushed through, Dr.Kais told me he would give me my smile that I always wanted and needed before the summer....it is now June 24th and I have my smile I always wanted and needed, they didn't make me feel less then a person and made me feel right at home..I wanna thank the Nurses and all the Doctors, you've all made my life a little more easier and enjoyable! Thank you for everything!

I went in for an X-ray and exam. The assistant was amazing she was so so nice!! She made me feel comfortable when she knew how scared I was and how much pain I was in. The dentist was also very very caring and made sure I was super numb and got 2 of my teeth out in less than 5 minutes. Thanks so much for caring about your patients!! I will be coming back.

I had a back broken tooth for way too long, the pain started to become unbearable and it felt like it was traveling up my jaw. I was a new patient, I called and in two days I was in and my tooth was pulled. Very quick, and everyone was friendly. The dentist was straight to the point.

The dentist and staff here were amazing. I have an irrational fear of the dentist and have had a bad tooth that has been bugging me for years. I reached out to them and let them know how crazy I am with dentist. They were so comforting and the dentist was super nice about it. When he did pull my tooth. I didn’t feel any pain at all. This isn’t my first time having a tooth pulled. But this is the first time I wasn’t in excruciating pain. I appreciate everyone that works there and definitely recommend everyone to give them a try.

I am very satisfied with the tremendous time and effort they put into my teeth to fix and try to save the ones that where to far gone, they did everything in their power to fix and fill my teeth (due to me not getting my teeth fixed before hand.) very professional, very patient, helpful and very understanding. I also give a big shout to each and every person that works there. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family members too. When they are doing their performance for the job they make sure you are numb and prepared for what's going on plus they informe you you with what is getting done before they start ( I never had that experience at Aspen dental or any other place) . I am very happy and I'm in love with my teeth now. I can smile without worrying about the outcome of what my teeth look like. If you have questions don't hesitate and give the a call and they'll be happy to help and set you up 😁

Only problem here is I can’t give it 100 stars this place has me geeked to go to the dentist I never liked the dentist but now I love the dentist I’m so happy how quick they are with appointments and just their overall everything I recommend anyone to this place that wants the best outstanding friendliest establishment to get their teeth done the windows everything I love it shout out to my hygienist Candy she is such a talented outstanding woman so happy she’s the one helping me out

On behalf of Bay City Dental, I can't express how kind and professional all the staff conducts their jobs. I have been with them for over 12 years and have not once been treated but with kindness and respect. They take pride with their work and that shows and means alot with Dental work. And yes they are strict about scheduling however with that said it is a business and with no shows or calls it just makes other patients wait. I went for a month straight every Thursday with a 1/2 hour drive with the weather not being the best but would not have had my dental needs done anywhere else. I would like to take this time to thank all that worked with me to give me the smile I have today. Thank you! I had Candy clean my teeth she was awesome. No one ever suggested a partial and I struggle because I have to use my front teeth to eat. Now they are filling my cavities and getting me set up for that because it is hard to eat with no back teeth. So I’m super excited. That was one visit then the last time I went for tooth pain which is the worst they pulled my tooth out in like 5 minutes it was so relieving. I recommend them!

Absolutely fantastic dentist. I can't say enough good things about Dr Ward and his entire staff. They always are so friendly and kind and they are very good at what they do. The receptionist, Bonnie, is always so friendly that it will brighten up your day!
